Data Categories

We process the following categories of data on behalf of our customers:

• Account information (name, email, organization)
• Usage data (application logs, analytics)
• Customer-provided content

Data Retention

Customer data is retained for the duration of the service agreement. Upon termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
